1. Donations
Donations made to the foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
If a duplicate transaction or payment error is identified, please notify us within 7 working days.
Verified refund requests will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10 business days.
2. Campaign Sponsorships & Event Fees
If a scheduled event or campaign is canceled by the foundation, any related contributions or sponsorships may be refunded or reallocated with donor consent.
Refunds are not applicable in case of voluntary withdrawal from participation.
