Who We Are

Turning compassion into action, one life at a time.

Founded in 2018 and officially registered in 2021, Live For Others – Being Helpful Foundation is a youth-led movement dedicated to transforming lives through education, health, environment, relief work, and youth empowerment across Jammu & Kashmir. What began with a group of college friends distributing blankets on a cold winter night has grown into a registered, compliant NGO recognized for impactful grassroots work. From providing school kits to underprivileged children, running medical camps in remote villages, distributing over 6,00,000 sanitary pads under Mission R-SAP, to organizing youth exchange programs and large-scale relief work — our focus is clear: to stand where help is needed most, and to act with heart. We believe in solutions that are practical, measurable, and rooted in dignity. Every campaign is built not just to provide immediate relief, but to create long-term change.
