Health Shouldn’t Be a Luxury

In underserved communities, even treatable illnesses can turn life-threatening simply because people lack access to basic healthcare and hygiene essentials.

At Live For Others – Being Helpful Foundation, our Health & Hygiene campaign addresses this gap by running free medical camps, distributing hygiene kits, and conducting awareness sessions on personal health and menstrual hygiene. We work with both women and men, breaking taboos, sharing knowledge, and ensuring that no one suffers in silence.

From slum streets to rural schools, our mission is simple: Good health, clean habits, and dignity for all.

Medical Camps That Matter

We set up free camps in areas where hospitals are far or unaffordable, providing immediate treatment, medicines, and basic checkups — often the first step towards preventing serious illness.

 

Menstrual Health Without Shame

Through our Mission R-SAP, we talk openly about menstruation with both women and men, distribute sanitary pads, and create safe spaces where the conversation is normal, not taboo.

Hygiene Education for Children

We make learning about cleanliness fun and interactive — teaching kids why brushing twice a day, washing hands before meals, and daily bathing are keys to staying healthy.

 

Equipping for Everyday Health

From toothbrushes to pain relief medicines, our kits are designed to provide the small but vital items that keep families healthy and confident in their daily lives.
